Effects of Natural compound “Piperine” on the growth and Adhesive Properties of Streptoccus Mutans Bacterial Biofilm

Background: “Streptococcus mutans” bacterial biofilm is known to be a major causative organism for dental plaque which acknowledged associated with biofilm. In this study we aim evaluate the effectiveness of natural compound “Piperine” on bacteria from One hundred cases Dental unit Of Rajshahi Medical College. Methods: This longitudinal was conducted in Molecular Pathology Insect Biotechnology Lab, IBSc University and Unit College October 2017 2019. A total 100 were selected same institution, collected sample, identified, isolated Streptococcus mutans by using MSB Agar (Mitis salivarius-bacitracin) medium, formation detection Microtiter plate assay method. Then Medicinal plant “Black pepper” standard medical food supply, extracted, isolated, purified identified specific named as Column chromatographic Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic (NMR) techniques analysis their antimicrobial effectivities. Result: Our Result demonstrated that represents very strong microbial attachment tooth surface after application 100ul ethyl acetate extract piperine showed 77% growth reduction value P<0.001 case patient no 17, 75% inhibition P <0.003 patients 55 p<0.005 95 against streptococcus bacteria.
